  • FILIPINO PORK BBQ: Pork shoulder and belly deeply marinated, grilled and basted in our pineapple banana ketchup

  • JOLLI CHICKEN: KUBO's popular Filipino fried chicken tossed in lemongrass and garlic sticky sauce

  • AUBERGINE ADOBO: Crispy sesame breaded aubergine basted in adobo sauce (soy, cane vinegar, bay leaf and brown sugar)

  • DILIS: Calamansi marinated crispy white bait.

"Kamayan at Home" is our dining experience that brings you the essence of Filipino culture and cuisine into your own home. This involves a bountiful spread of traditional Filipino dishes, carefully arranged on a banana leaf.

The meal is meant to be enjoyed with your hands, encouraging an immersive way of eating. It fosters a sense of togetherness, as everyone shares from the same spread, fostering a warm and engaging atmosphere.
